Colette completed her pupillage with Richard Haworth and became a tenant at 15 Winckley Square in September 2016.
Colette has a busy criminal practice. She regularly defends a range of offences including, possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, perverting the course of justice, driving offences, violent offences, public order offences. Colette has experience in the Magistrates, Crown Court and Court of Appeal.
Colette frequently prosecutes in courts across the North West and is a level 1 prosecutor on the Northern Circuit Panel Advocates List. She has experience as acting as a disclosure junior. She appears in breach proceedings on behalf of the National Probation Service across the Northern Circuit. She has experience in licensing regulation in relation to taxi/PHV licences in the Magistrate's Court and on appeal to the Crown Court and Education prosecutions.
Colette accepts instructions in private family law proceedings.
Colette is currently expanding her practice in relation to Ancillary Relief undertaking all levels of work for both applicants and respondents.
Colette appears for claimants and defendants in all areas of Personal Injury work. She has experience in dealing with road traffic accident matters, including credit hire disputes.
Whilst at university Colette spent her third year on an ERASMUS law study exchange to Uppsala University, Sweden. Prior to pupillage Colette worked as a litigation paralegal at Mishcon de Reya and interned at the Prisoner's Advice Service.
