Jayne joined 15 Winckley Square following her pupillage with us in November 2016.

Family Law

Jayne has a busy family law practice accepting instructions in respect of all areas of Public and Private Children Act Proceedings. She has experience in representing both parents and Local Authorities within Public Law Proceedings. Jayne also has experience in representing parents within Private Law Applications, inclusive of matters involving purported physical abuse of children and significant domestic violence. Jayne has represented both applicants and respondents in respect of applications made under the Family Law Act 1996.

She has a keen interest and an emerging practice in Matrimonial Finance and TOLATA matters.

Civil Law

Jayne accepts instructions in respect of all areas of civil law. She has experience of representing clients within the small claims track and is keen to develop this area of her practice further.

Previous Experience

Prior to undertaking pupillage and during her university degree, Jayne worked as a paralegal at Farleys Solicitors assisting in all aspects of family law.
