Chloë joined 15 Winckley Square’s family team in January 2024, having been a tenant at Chambers in Manchester and Liverpool previously. Chloë is a proud Cumbrian and has a thriving practice across the Northern Circuit.

Her main areas of practice are Children and matrimonial finance work.

Chloë is regularly instructed in private law children matters and public law proceedings,  and can represent any of the parties in such matters.

Before coming to the Bar, Chloë was the Operations Manager of her family’s group of dental practices in Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Yorkshire.  Before being involved in dentistry, Chloë worked on international technology projects for MBNA Europe Bank Limited.

Chloë’s experience within dentistry and banking gives her empathy balanced with pragmatism.

Chloë is noted for an ability to put people at ease, particularly young, vulnerable or anxious clients.  She is also noted to be able get to grips with complex matters quickly.
