Public Law
Danielle acts on behalf of Local Authorities, parents and children in all levels of tribunal from the Family Proceedings Court to the High Court.
Danielle has experience in dealing with cases involving children who have suffered physical, emotional and/ or sexual abuse and chronic neglect.
Private Law
Danielle accepts instructions on behalf of parents, extended family members and Children’s Guardians in all varieties of private law applications, including complex and entrenched contact disputes.
Danelle has experience in conducting finding of fact hearings in respect of allegations of domestic violence, physical and sexual abuse. She has experience in dealing with cases involving a foreign element including temporary removal from the jurisdiction.
Languages
Danielle is fluent in French having spent a year in Strasbourg studying a variety of areas of French law.
Interests
- Having competed for many years and represented England in both track and cross country events
- Danielle continues to take an interest in athletics and continues to compete when work allows.
