Wide experience of all areas of practice, including cases involving business assets and inheritance arguments and ranging from cases of very limited assets to assets of over £1 million. Huw also undertakes work relating to Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.
Personal Injury
Huw’s experience includes road traffic accidents, slips or trips and accidents at work. In recent years, Huw has developed a particular interest in “low velocity impact” litigation and cases involving fraud.
Private Law Children
Huw has a wide experience of children cases arising from the Children Act 1989.
